About the Barge Feniks

The barge Feniks was built in 1928 as a cargo barge for the Dutch, German, Belgian and French inland waters. It is a strong vessel with many years of service and is known because of her beautiful form and speed. In 1992, the Feniks has been converted to serve as hotel passenger ship. On board you will find now a comfortable and well-lit lounge, where you can relax on the sofa and where we serve your meals.

On board there’s an extended library, a varied collection of CD's and DVD's, a television to play movies and many magazines to keep you entertained. Route maps and information about the sailing areas and the places you will visit, is of course available. On our sundeck you can relax and sit under the canopy, which gives you shelter from the sun (or rain) and where we also serve meals if the weather allows it. Laundry service is offered on board (only with cold water). All you have to do is hang out your laundry to dry on the midship.
